One of the aims of the Archaeology of Childhood Project is to increase collaboration with local archaeology units, museums, community groups, archaeology/history societies, etc. as we work together to investigate and display the history of childhood and children in our region. Our first Consultation Panel was held in July and had a dynamic mix of people who provided extremely useful ideas and feedback.
We are now pleased to announce the second Consultation Panel, which will be held at the Museum of Archaeology & Anthropology on Monday, 21st September at 6.30pm.
During the Consultation Panel, the project team will present the artefacts shortlisted for the exhibition and will then focus discussion on potential exhibition themes. The session will last approximately 1 hour and tea and biscuits will be provided.
If you would like to attend, please RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you cannot attend but have ideas, please send them along!
